Just did a deep-dive into the Proportional Representation - Single Transferable Vote (PR-STV) system that is used in #ireland (and Malta) to count votes. A lot of work and it takes a long time to get the counting done, but (I think) it maximizes voter power. I like it. - trits.ch/vvp
